The Board of Adjustment consists of five members appointed by the Mayor. Each serves a 5-year term. Meetings are on the first and third Tuesdays of each month where the Board hears applications for authority to use zoned property for non-conforming use, or extension of a non-conforming use as provided in the Zoning Ordinance. Board meeting are held at 10 W. State Street in the Council Chambers.
