Marshalltown Fire Department responded to a report of a fully involved garage fire at 208 W. Church St. at 10:40 pm on January 22, 2012. Upon arrival the 3 car garage was fully involved.  The garage fire was extinguished using two 1.75" handlines and a 2.5” exposure line.  There were 2 vehicles, a motorcycle and a wave runner that were total losses inside the garage. There was additional damage to an adjacent garage at 206 W. Church. Property damage is approximately $30,000.
