Re: Snow Removal - don't push snow into street or onto your neighbor's yard

With the first measureable snowfall of the season it is again time to remind residents of Marshalltown that it is a violation of city code for any person to push, pile, deposit or leave deposited any snow or frozen materials removed from any private drive or private parking area upon any public street or thoroughfare or upon or in front of the private property or the private drive of another. Property owners are reminded that they are responsible for the actions of their snow removal services.
