About Library Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of the Marshalltown Public Library sets policy and oversees the operations and budget of the Public Library.  The Board consists of seven members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council, for 6-year terms commencing on July 1.  Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the library's Community Meeting Room.
